What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is just 12 pairs — enough for a team or a small drop — with volume tiers that fall steeply across programmes and fundraiser runs.
How fast will my custom socks arrive?
Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and finished socks ship in about 2 weeks. Where an event or season date is fixed we put the ship date in writing and tell you the artwork cut-off.
Knitted or printed — what is the difference?
Knitted socks build the design out of stitches — durable, lofty, the real sock feel — but with a resolution floor set by the needle count. Printed socks handle photos and gradients on a thin smooth base that feels different. Logos knit; faces print; we will say which yours needs.
Why does my artwork get redrawn?
Because the needle count is the resolution. We rebuild artwork as a knit chart at real gauge, simplify what falls below the stitch floor with you, and the chart is what you approve — so the sock matches the proof, not a fantasy mockup.
What keeps the logo straight on the leg?
A true knitted heel pocket. It anchors the sock’s rotation so the design faces forward. Tube socks have no heel and rotate freely — which is why their logos photograph sideways — and we do not make them.
How does sizing work?
Shoe-size bands, not S/M/L guessing, with programmes stocked as a curve including the tail sizes. A sock that fits is the difference between entering someone’s rotation and entering their drawer.
Will the socks actually be comfortable?
That is the strategy, not a footnote. Combed yarns, reinforced heel and toe, a cuff that holds without garroting — because a sock in the rotation is the most-worn branded item there is, and a scratchy one is the least.
Can you handle packaging for resale?
Yes — header cards, band wraps, boxed pairs and multi-pair packs, arriving carded and countable. For fundraisers we put the unit cost, table price and margin per pair on the quote so the arithmetic is visible before the run.
